A. A CREDIT CHECK and REPORT review needs to be APPROVED.
B. COPY of CURRENT Registration -or- Certificate of Documentation.
C. PROOF of Residency = COPY of a UTILITY bill from home is best.
D. VALID CERTIFICATE of INSURANCE that must include:
- ADDITIONALLY INSURED TO
-MARINA BAY YACHT HARBOR
-1340 MARINA WAY SOUTH
-RICHMOND, CA 94804
- Minimum LIABILITY coverage of $300,000
- HULL INSURANCE equal to the value of your vessel. (Not applicable to dry boat storage)
E. VESSEL will be measured for OVERALL Length.
F. Checked for Seaworthiness and Operability.
G. Checked for Lines, Fenders, and Bumpers.
AFTER THE ABOVE HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED - A LEASE WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU TO FILL OUT, INITIAL THE PAGES, AND SIGN. OUR OFFICE STAFF WILL COLLECT INITIAL COSTS AND SIGN, ALSO.
